The Equitable Building Decarbonization (EBD) Program helps income-qualified households access no-cost home energy upgrades that can improve comfort, reduce energy use, and create healthier living environments.
Designed to make clean energy improvements more accessible, the program supports upgrades that may include weatherization and air sealing, heat pump water heaters, heat pump heating and cooling systems, electric appliances, and other energy-efficiency improvements based on the needs of each property.
